Mercédesz Jeczkó

Landscape architect, coordinator of the volunteer in the Csepel Works - Weekend of Open Factories project. She is interested in the power of communities, and for years she dealt with the study and impacts of community gardens. By collecting, organizing and displaying data on a map, she began to make Csepel Works known in connection with the 2019 Weekend of Open Factories. As a settlement expert at the Lechner Knowledge Center, she is currently involved in, among other things, the practical implementation of smart cities. She is confident that the Open Factories project will strengthen the local community, engage in dialogue and raise the interest of both those working in the field and outsiders in the industrial area with a long history.
